I still remember
Amos, it's hard to believe it's been 39 years since you were taken in that rice patty at Da Nang. It was a day I'll never forget, as we lost so many from our company. I will always remember your sacrifice. Rest my brother your deeds will not be forgotten.

Thank You
Dear Amos~
I am a sophomore at Gridley High School in Illinois. I am required to post remembrances for soldiers who gave their life in the Vietnam War. Knowing some Vietnam War veterans, I have no idea of what you went through for your country. It must have been difficult not knowing whether your current breath would be your last. Your sacrifice is greatly appreciated, and you will never be forgotten. Thank you and God Bless. Amber Kamischke
