SFC Donald L. Sparks

I've been wearing SFC Donald Lee Sparks' bracelet since 1986 when I took SOULdiers on a "Duty Day with God" retreat to our Nation's capital. Having a son setve today as an Army Engineer Officer makes it more special. Don's parent certainly felt the pain of his loss and waited. We wait still.
