Thank You
Dear PFC George Sosa, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Yesterday was Palm Sunday, and Passover is soon, too. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Your Photos
Dear PFC Sosa, I am so excited to finally see your photos on The Wall. After four years of working on this project to find photos for this project, I had struck out on every site I searched, including going to McHi and looking through the 1965 yearbook. I appealed to citizens of McAllen on social media, but I got no response. My heart bursts with joy to see that others were more successful. You are not forgotten among the twelve men from McAllen who lost their lives in Vietnam, four of you members of "The Screaming Eagles". I look forward to sharing your photos and stories with the community of McAllen.

Remembering An American Hero
Dear PFC George Ramiro Sosa, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter
