Silver Star Medal Award

First Sergeant Samuel K Soloman Jr was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Silver Star Medal for Valor twice during his career. His final assignment was as an Infantry Senior Sergeant with C Co, 1st Bn, 27th Infantry, 25th Infantry Division.
