THE WALL OF FACES

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Sergeant Donald Wayne Bornman, Served with Company B, 3rd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, United States Army Vietnam.

Donald got to Vietnam on 10/3/67. A sniper got him while he was on a combat operation. rest in peace soldier.

The war may be forgotten but the warrior will always be remembered. All gave Some-Some gave All. Rest in peace Sky Soldier.
