My Grandmother gave me a Pow/Mia bracelet she got during the Vietnam War and I have the original bracelet and would like to be able to get in contact with the family of Harold V. Smith.

COL Harold V. Smith is buried in Section 65, grave 3181 of the Arlington National Cemetery.

He also has a stone in his memory in the Crest haven Memorial Park in Claremont, IL.
