THE WALL OF FACES

I was told the story from My father who was with David when he was killed in action.
My father passed away on 10/04/21 and while going through my dads stuff I found hand written letters, pictures and news paper articles about Daves heroic actions.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from Michael McMahon is especially poignant. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us...

I served with Michael Borey in 1966/67, South of Danang at Monkey Mountain in the Seabees. Davaid spent his 5 days of R&R with us at Monkey Mountain. He very calmly told us that when he had to go back, he would be walking point and would be wounded or killed, 4 days after he left he was KIA. He was a great young man with extreme courage.....
