A Childhood Friend
I remember Albert and his relatively large family living in a small house along Creek Road between Carpentersville and Springtown, NJ. He would get on the school bus well after me. We were fast friends at Warren Glen Elementary School.

we will remember them.....
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Great Friends at Warren Glen Elementary School
Albert and i were fast friends in elementary school. We frequently got into trouble together. In 1st grade we got one time into trouble because we put tacks on everyone's chairs when we got back from lunch before everyone else. That included Mrs. Rodgers' chair, or teacher. We did get caught because we failed to put tacks on our own chairs, though lesson but it was 1st grade.
