Arturo, I found your name on the wall a long while ago. Our lives never crossed but we have a lot in common. We have very similar names, I’m Arthur Rene Alarcon. We share the EXACT same birthday, 9/11/1946. We both were in QuangTri, VN at the same time. I made it home but you did not. Arturo Fragoso Alarcon. I never met you but we have a lot in common. Name-Arthur Rene Alarcon. Birthday-Same exact 9-11-1946. Date / Place of Death-QuangTri in March 1969. Except I did NOT die there.
