Thank You
Dear Sgt William Scanlon, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. I researched you on the 52nd anniversary of the start of your tour. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the 2nd week of Advent. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Trip to Los Banoa
Butch
I think about you, Frank, and Dale often and wonder why we were there. I still don't understand how I made it home. Last Friday I just felt like I needed to talk to you guys, so I drove to Los Banos. It has been a long time since I've been there. My eyes filled with tears when I saw that you and Frankie are next to each other. That is how it should be. I have visited you at the wall, but never felt the inner calmness like I did Friday. You guys were good, kind hearted men who deserved so much more and had so much to give this world. Thank you for being my classmate, fellow veteran, and friend.
