honoring you.....
Some may think you are forgotten
Though on earth you are no more
But in our memory you are with us
As you always were before….

Thank You
Dear Sp4 Ruffin Satterwhite, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Advent. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank you! You aren't forgotten
Ruffin,
I do not remember meeting you. I was only about three years old when you passed. I want you to know that I have your Purple Heart. Your mom (Aunt Jean) gave it to cousin Chuck Epps. Chuck and I had been talking about you, and he gave it to me to hold.
I volunteered and served in the Army Reserves & National Guard but never saw combat. Chuck was in the Air Force and served back during Desert Storm.
I'm sorry I did get a chance to know you like Darnell, Renee, and Lou San. Your mom spoke of you often. RIP Cousin!
Love from,
Cousins - David Harris, Jon Harris, Charles Epps, and Lisa Epps
