You May Be Found

2007 - Your crash site may have been located in North Vietnam. They will be excavating this summer weather permitting. You have many friends and a few family still waiting to have you come home. We all love you so much.

The Search For Pat and Bill

2007 - A crash site at latitude 171719N & longitude 1061235E may be the F4 aircraft piloted by Pat and navigated by Bill Ostermeyer. Excavation is scheduled for summer 2007 provided that the weather holds and that the Federal Government doesn't further cut back funds for Search & Recovery. All who loved and cared for Pat and Bill are holding a collective breath. Join us in a prayer that these two men will be repatriated to their own country very soon.

Do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

Friend

Pat, my heart grieves that you are lost in Viet Nam. You are a brave and patriotic man. I will always remember you and the support you gave to me and my family when my husband, Terry Banning was killed. Susie, I would love to hear from you.
