Steve was my best friend in Vietnam. I was not far from him when he was KIA near the village of My Loc on January 20th, 1968. I have written a book in his honor as well as the other 12 Marine heroes. The book is THE 13 UNSUNG HEROES, and it on Amazon for sale, not for profit but for their honor.

Remembering An American Hero
Dear PFC Steve Sandor Sarossy, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
With respect, Sir
Curt Carter
