Thank You

Dear Sp4 Reinaldo Santiago-Castillo, Thank you for your service as a Combat Engineer. Your 75th birthday just passed, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Advent. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

My beloved Cousin

My dear Rey! I was only 8 years old when that tragic day when 2 officers came to tell my father, your uncle, of your passing. I can still remember the day and I will never forget. I just remember before going to war running to hug you and kiss you, you were so handsome, such a good son, nephew, brother, grandson and cousin. I still remember you, you used to call me "la muñeca de los ojos brujos" and I have never forgotten. Your mother, Tia Carmen suffered so much, she was never the same person after your passing. I know you are in heaven with your dear parents and grandparents but I want you to know you left a legacy of nephews, cousins and other family members that feel very proud and forever be very greatful for your service. Love you always, your cousin, Zulma
