Do not stand at my grave and weep.
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
Mary Frye – 1932

Lt Rybak, was my platoon leader
It was forty years ago today, that Lt. Rybak gave his life for his country. I was his RTO briefly, but was not in the field at the time of his death. I was nearly as new as Lt. Rybak, arriving in county at the end of Oct. I rembember Lt. Rybak as a really nice guy, who had great energy and enthuasiam for his job. When I go to the VA in Albany I try to stop by the state memorial for deceased Vietnam Veterans and look up his name. If any of his family should read this, I would like you know you can be very proud of Lt. Rybak; I know I am. Terry Neilen

Never to be forgotten
Frank had that smile that told you all that you needed to know about him.
Our yearbook caught that cordial smile and his personality did match that smile. He could be counted on to give you an uplifting word or two that gave you that needed support. God Bless You Frank. May you rest in peace.

From Your Father,
He gave his life to save his platoon on a seek and destroy mission. I also served, in WWII as a paratrooper with the 517 parachute regimental combat team, and this ties us together.
