Dear PFC Michael Rutherford, Thank you for your service as a Machine Gunner. Your 52nd anniversary is tomorrow, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Veterans’ Day is soon.. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance, and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Simply can’t believe you’ve been gone 50 years. So much has happened with our family in that time - we’ve never forgotten you, and your mama never gave up hope she’d see you again someday. You’re reunited now, and she’s holding you close.
