Dear PFC Leroy Romig, Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Today we celebrate Columbus Day. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I never knew you, but I want you to know that your life's sacrifice was not in vain. Offering my respect and gratitude as I touched your name on the Wall in Punta Gorda, I now hope that you and your loved ones rest well.
