YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN!
Dear Private First Class Bliner , You Are Not Forgotten!
This is the 2nd year, on the anniversary of your passing, that I ran a mile with you in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace, Dear Brother.
Each year since September 2015, at the annual 5th Division Army reunion, members of the Society of the Fifth Division, U.S Army remember the 514 soldiers from the 1st Brigade, 5th Division, who were Killed in Action in Vietnam. You are among the soldiers remembered. You Are Not Forgotten!

I Miss You, Eddy.
Today you are so much on my heart. I felt tears slip from my eyes, but as I remember you walking on your hands for Dennis, Bunky & Ricky, the tears turned into a smile. Big hugs, little brother.

Bothers from another mother; John Edward Bliner and John Arthur Briquelet
John and I became acquainted at Butler JR High in Seattle Washington. a long time ago. He hit it right off, Both about the same size, both athletic and playing sports, and we had a penchat for white buck shoes... Kinda like Elvis. Not only were the same size, we dressed kind of alike. We were JEB and JAB, John Edward Bliner and John Arthur Briquelet. We had a lot of fun with the girls.
John lived with his sister Franke and her husband during that time. don't know what happened, but one day he told me he was moving back to Shelton, Wa. and possibly on to a reservation. I was stunned. I hung out with him as much as I could until that fatal day,,,,, and I never saw him again.
I loved him like a brother, he ended up in the Army, and I ended up in the Navy.
I was not far from him when he died, as my Destroyer was there providing gunfire support, I wish I had known, then. RIP Soldier! You are very missed, by your friends and family.
