In Fond Memory

Dear Family of James Blavat,My name is Al Carlo extended family of your Uncle Roman Blavat. I learned of James from Roman as He lived with My wife Joan and I in his last days in my home down in Arkansas.I have so many fond memories of Roman, he would rarely speak of Jimmy as his heart ached of sorrow of Jimmy’s loss of life. I had a chance in 2015-17 to visit the traveling Viet Nam memorial and I just found out about this site. I post his name every time at holidays. As a memorial for his sacrifice for our country.Rip I look forward to seeing you all on the other side in Heaven. Roman always said to me “Al” life beyond the grave is a mystery.. at the age of 82 he asked Jesus into his life. I was there and look forward to seeing him and the rest of the family!! I sure would be honored if our families could connect thanks again.

honoring you...

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrances from your brother Gary are touching and reflect the anguish experienced by so many who lost loved ones in this war. May you rest in eternal peace.
