I WILL NEVER FORGET

I was a Lt. in Echo, 2nd Bn, 9th Marines with Cpl Blann. I was with him in the firefight where he died trying to save his men who were wounded. He received the Navy Cross. I helped carry his body to be evacuated. Two weeks before he saved my life when I fell into a river rapids and I grabbed his rifle and he pulled me out. He is forever my hero.

I'll nerver forget you

Steve and I were classmates all through school and lived in the same neighborhood when we were young. I always had a soft spotin my heart for him. He was such a nice guy and it was such a shame he did not come home.
Steve, you will never be forgotten.
Love,
Charlotte Buchsbaum Currens

GOD HAS A PLAN --- WE MISS YOU

My name is Terrance Callahan. Stephen was one of my classmates in Jr High & High School. I did not find out about Steve until a HS reunion. I was in the US Army 69-72. I do not know why some good people like Steve did not come home-I think God has a plan for all of us. Steve - we miss you.
