Joe lived 2 doors west of my childhood home. We went fishing and bike riding all over Peru together. Joe played the accordion and me the drums. He was my best friend.

Thank you for stepping up and answering your country's call. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Rest easy knowing you will never be forgotten.
