Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord
Thank you for everything Charlie. We all pray for you and still remember your sacrifice. You’re a hero to all of us.
(To those leaving remembrances, thank you. My family spent years thinking we were the only ones to remember or give a damn. It means a lot to us. God bless you.)

Rest In Peace, Charlie!
A true hero, and a great person.
I remember riding in his
Corvette in 1963, before he
enlisted.

A Pilot missed.
Charlie’s goal was to be an airline pilot. We both flew at Westair at Westchester County Airport. Charlie’s problem was he could not get hired by an airline because of his Draft status. He decided not to fly for the Military because of the long term obligation. He married his girlfriend shortly after graduating from CW Post College. Life is full of forks in the road. Charlie had the bad luck to wind up on a bad one. Always remembered, Always missed.
