honoring you....
Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. While all deaths in Vietnam are tragic that you died just six days after your 21st birthday is especially so. May you rest in eternal peace.

Thank You
Dear PFC Martin Reidy, Thank you for your service as an Ammunition Tech. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Yesterday was Purple Heart Day. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

The worst of days
Hey Brother. Man I miss you ! I miss you every day...I knew when that explosion happened it was you. I do not know how I knew, but I knew. The worst day of my life. Marty was the most beautiful, most joyful, baddest dancing dude in the Marines.. You were my best friend ! I met your Mom, and your brother and sisters in Iowa. It took me 22 years to get there, but I finally made it. You're truly missed bro! We were so short ! So excited about getting back to the world ! 20 days ! I miss you Akabu ! ..

Thanks for your patriotic service Marty
Marty was a year behind me at St John's Catholic High School in Independence, IA. I remember him as a young gentleman, and a fun loving fellow who was liked by everyone. You are missed by family and friends. God bless you Marty.
