Friend & Squad Member
Robert Raymond (Nick Name: CID) was a dear friend and squad member.
Robert was KIA on 2-6-68 during a rescue attempt of another Marine Platoon.
Although mortally wounded (head wound) I as able to briefly talk to him prior to his passing. He will always be "with me" as long as I am able recall.

Thank You
Dear PFC Robert Raymond, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 57th anniversary of Gulf of Tonkin Incident is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
