Thank You
Dear Cpl Franklin Ratliff, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 73rd birthday just passed, happy birthday, but the 54th anniversary of the start of your tour was 4 days ago. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Independence Day just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Rest in peace
Dear Cpl Ratliff, I'm from Chattanooga also but never knew you. I hope that someday someone can find a picture of you to post. Thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice.
My brother, SPC4 Lonnie Allen Floyd was also KIA in Vietnam. He served with C/4/503 173rd ABN and was KIA 1-14-67.
Rest in peace my friend. I will try to do some research and find a family or friend who might could submit your picture. I'm sure you were the pride and joy of some mother somewhere.
