we will remember

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

RAMOS FAMILY

OUR BROTHER
Its been 56 yrs (1967) when our family was notified of your death in Vietnam. Dad had built a carport for your cool 1966 Super Sport Chevrolet. You told Homer and me to care for your car until you returned from Vietnam.
A car with the military emblem parked in front of our house-- 2 military service personnel gave Dad and Mom the horrible news. Homer and I were driving home from high school when
we saw cars parked on both sides of the street in front of our house. We just knew something had happen to Junior. IT devastating news for Dad and Mom including your siblings. You were always missed for Birthdays,Holidays, weddings and the birth of your nephews and nieces you never got to know. Dad,Mom, Edna,Johnny and little Johnny are now with you. I sure it was a grant reunion in heaven. Only 3 siblings alive now and one day the whole family will be united as we once were before your death. JUNIOR, you are always in our hearts with love until we meet again.

Thank You

Dear Sp4 Jose Ramos, Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. I researched you on your 74th birthday, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Independence Day just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Family never forgets

I am the son of your cousin Jesus Ramos Jr. Your father and my grandfather were brothers. I heard stories about you back when I was a kid. I'm 50 now! I served as well. 4/325 Airborne Infantry Regiment. Your memory lives on. I'll keep it alive as long as I can and passed it on to my son! We don't forget our own!!!!

Never forgotten

I was just a tiny person, 3 yrs. old. I never had the pleasure in meeting you. I came to the wall on 6/18/2018 to pay my respect to one of many fallen heroes. My family will always remember you. And I know deep in my heart that my dad has saluted you in heaven and my mom is embracing you...
