THE WALL OF FACES

Dear CWO Thomas Poundstone, Thank you for your service as a Cargo Helicopter Pilot. I hate that you passed on your birthday, just too sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Sunday was the 77th anniversary of D-Day, Operation Overlord. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank you so much for for your service to our Country. Wish I could've known you. I was way too young. Many thanks for all you did for us!

Tom was a good friend and such a good person. He was America's finest. I knew the last time I saw him I would never see him again. I can still see him walking down the sidewalk for the last time.

Sir I did not know you but visited the memorial during a sporting event. The kids today don't realize how good they have it and what you and the rest of the American soldiers and their families went through during that era. Thank you for my freedom.
