CACTI FOREVER
B Company, 2/35th Infantry, 3rd Brigade, 4th Inf Division.
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day.

Remembering Ray
Actually, SGT Plummer went by his middle name, Ray. He was killed two days before he was to return to the US. Although he was given the opportunity to decline because he was a short-timer, SGT Plummer, in the best traditions of military service, opted to go out on a reconnaissance mission with the squad he commanded. He never returned. Thirty years later, his family and friends feel his loss deeply. May God have mercy on his soul!
