THE MOST MEMORABLE CAPTAIN THAT I EVER SERVED WITH.

For 38 years I served in both the Army and retired from the Air Force as a Lt Col. I have run across many, many Captains from my service in Viet Nam (68-69) to Afghanistan (2004) and up to retirement in 2011 . I have not run across anyone who has displayed those outstanding military qualities of Captain Phillips, especially when in combat. It was truly a pleasure to serve under the leadership of Captain Phillips. Combat brought out a style that made it easy to follow him - no matter the circumstances. I am very proud to have served with this Army Officer. I look forward to meeting him in the Land of our Heavenly Father. If anyone would like to talk to me regarding Captain Phillips, please contact me at: [email protected].
