Donnell we have finally found your resting place in Mt Olive cemetery West point Fayette County Texas It has been abandoned from some time but your Veteran brothers have found you . VFW from Bastrop are taking care of your resting place and we even have media coverage. You will never be forgotten . We are brothers for eternity. Hope you are looking down from Heaven and seeing all the work your Brothers in arms are doing. God Bless you!

Dear Sp4 Donnell Phillips, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Indirect Fire Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 46th anniversary of the official end of the war is today, according to President Ford. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
