I HOPE THAT SOMEONE PUTS YOUR PHOTO HERE BECAUSE THIS IS A WALL OF FACES, AND IT NEEDS YOUR FACE. THANKS FOR BEING A RIFLEMAN. SEMPER FI. IT HAS BEEN FAR TOO LONG FOR ALL OF YOU TO HAVE BEEN GONE. WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU HAVE DONE, AND YOUR SACRIFICE. WATCH OVER THE U.S.A., IT STILL NEEDS YOUR COURAGE.. GOD BLESS YOU. MAY THE ANGELS BE AT YOUR SIDE. REST IN PEACE. MANY OF US HAVE BEGUN OUR JOURNEY TO EASTER. YOU ARE ALL IN OUR PRAYERS.

I remember David in Okinawa before we went to Vietnam in 1968 we were in barracks togeather. He was always smiling and joking and telling me about his Family, that's what I remember the most. He loved his Family. We lost him at the Battle of DaiDo he was takin prisoner and they shot him in the head in the end. He was a wonderful human being and a very brave Marine that is missed

Remembering An American Hero
Dear LCPL David Richard Bingham, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, Sir
Curt Carter

Gone but not forgotten
When I was a young boy, I listened to stories of how you paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country, my mother and grandmother told me of a brave young man who was barely 18 who went off to war to fight for my freedom. Uncle David, I will never forget the stories, the parades nor will I ever forget the price you paid. Thank You! I promise to track down a picture of you so that others may see the face of a hero.
