Remembering
My father's middle name is Pershing. Born 1919 (d. 1989) and named in honor of your grandfather. I was wounded 35 miles south of Hue City Feb 28, 1968. Lost the use of both hands. Seems like I have known you my entire life and never knew you. RIP

Thank You
Dear Lt Richard Pershing, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantry Unit Commander. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is spring, and flowers are blooming. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
