Thank You
Dear Lcdr Gordon Perisho, Thank you for your service as a Naval Flight Officer on the USS KITTY HAWK. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the Easter season. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Be at peace.

Know that you are remembered
I, too, proudly wore Lt. Perisho's name on my POW/MIA bracelet. Over the years I have often wondered who he was and where his family are. Seeing his picture has brought him alive and has given me another perspective on this young man who gave his life in service to our country. For all the experiences he never had, for all his plans and dreams left unfulfilled, for the love of his family and country I am living my own life keeping him in my heart. Rest in peace Sam.
. Rest in peace Sam.
