Still remembered

Still remembered .
Cannot ever forget your sacrifice .
Too bad the country you died for is becoming more unrecognizable with each passing day.
You would be so angry to see what is happening now.
Rest easy soldier.
You will always be a hero in my eyes.

we will remember

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Remembered

We went to Good Counsel together for grade school.
I often think of how you and Kenneth both died in that terrible war. You were robbed of your future and all your dreams .You never got to grow old. I am sure all those who knew and loved you still suffer your loss to this day.
It makes me sad too.
I still see that little kid that I knew so very long ago. I too suffer your loss.
Thank you John for your sacrifice.
You will live on in my memories.
Rest in peace you are a hero in my eyes.
I will not forget you.
