Frank, I am remembering our time together in the 4317th DSES at Stewart AFB. I am 85 years old now; I am so sorry you are not. Thank you for your sacrifice.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. I am heartened you returned home after the passage of so many years though I wish it had been under very different circumstances. May you rest in eternal peace.

I wore a POW/MIA bracelet for him for 30+ years

Unfortunately I lost it .
But I never forgot about him.

I'm glad that he was finally brought home.

I wish that I was able to give the bracelet to his widow.

Dear Maj. Frank Parker, Thank you for your service as an Electronic Warfare Officer. Your 81st birthday was this month, happy birthday. I am glad you were identified in 2000. Welcome Home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Lent, and it’s spring. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

My dad served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam he had an MI bracelet with Frank’s name on it. I remember wearing it as a teenager and still have it in my jewelry box. Thank you for your service to our country
