Thank You
Dear Cpl Richard Oman, Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Yesterday was Washington’s birthday, and Lent has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

A Friend
I went through basic and AIT with Oman. He was one of the good guys.
I was assigned the 82nd when I arrived in Vietnam and he was sent to an Artillery unit, I believe. I heard later that he had been killed. Very sad. I went to DC in 2018 and got his name off the wall. He deserved so much more!
