Thank You
Dear Lt Gaylord Nootz, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It’s a cold snowy winter day. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Your not forgotten
July 12, 1967 will always be in my heart, we lost 55+ that day and seven were captured including me. I remember seeing you get hit while you were tying to call in artillery to support us, hell of a day. god be with you

Rest In Peace My Friend
Mike, you will always be remembered as the caring, loyal, fun-loving friend who embraced his patriotic duty to serve his country in time of war. Many of your buddies followed you to SEA, some also did not return. You were a hero to me in 1967 as you are today. Rest in peace my friend.
