Rest Easy Warrior

Rest Easy Warrior!
I’m grateful for your ultimate sacrifice and service.
My heart breaks, especially for your Mom. I can’t imagine her heartbreak and agony over losing you.
I’m not a Mom that has lost a child to Vietnam, but I am a Gold Star Wife that lost the love of my life there. Must say that I’ve never gotten over it.
But we will all be reunited again, you and your Mom and my husband and me, in that Place of Sweet Forever! Oh what a Glorious Day that will be.

honoring you....

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from fellow soldier Bob Irion is touching and reflects his admiration and respect for you. As long as you are remembered you will remain in our hearts forever….

Thank You

Dear Sp4 Richard Noble, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It’s a New Year, but not necessarily better. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering

Richard E Noble was my cousin and as long as I live I'll never forget that Mother's Day Sunday, when a uniformed serviceman and the bishop from our church came to the house in the middle of a family dinner to inform us Richard had been killed. Although I was quite young I remember him vividly with his blonde curly hair, wonderful smile and his motor scooter. Such a tragedy and so young.
