THE WALL OF FACES

I was at a make shift wall in Middleburg hts, Ohio and placed my hand on the wall and Mr. Nettles name was under my hand. I have honored him ever since. Bless you my brother and thank you for your service.

I was on that patrol that day with the squad. I was the "DOC" (Hospital Corpsman), We chased a Kook into a hut. When I saw Vic there was nothing I could do to help him. It is not easy for an old man (25 years old) to see a young 19 year old this way.
I followed Vic home 3 months later, wounded in action. God Rest his soul and SEMPER FI MARINE!
