Dear Cpl Simon Naquin, Thank you for your service as an Antitank Assaultman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It’s a New Year, but not necessarily better. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I remember the memorial service, closed casket, family grieving. I was thirteen yrs old, went home and felt like I needed to eat a sandwich for Simon, dad cried in honor of my feelings. I am one of his cousins. I made a promise, "Simon, I will never forget you!" You and all who paid the ultimate price deserve to be remembered! I REMEMBER YOU!!!
