thank you

Watching PBS about Viet Nam. Learned about you. I'm sorry you had to sacrifice your future. All I can say is that I hope I am helping make the world a place with more room for riding bikes, flying kites, first dances, and shared milkshakes.

Thank You

I have nothing more than the deepest respect for you sacrificing your life for this country. You paid a debt that I will personally never be able to repay. Vita Muttatur non Tollitur. Life is changed not taken away.

Thank you for your honorable service

I saw the movie "We Were Soldiers" and I saw what happened to you (Jimmy Nakayama). It is a great tribute to the men who served in the early days of the war. God bless your widow and your daughter. Myself am a veteran of the U.S. Army during the cold War and served in the Nam with the First Cav five years later.
