Dear Captain Lavoy Martin, Thank you for your service as an Infantry Officer. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Yesterday was the anniversary of the terror attacks. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Be at peace.

He is actually my distant cousin. His story is told throughout our family and we couldn't be prouder to call him family. I never got the honor of meeting him but I wish I could have. He is a hero in all our eyes forever. <3
