On a trip to Vietnam in 2015 I found a dog tag registered to a Ralph D McMurtry in the sand on a beach near Hué. According to your records, this is the province in which he was killed.

I have been trying to find living relatives who would be interested in having these tags returned to them.

I didn't get to meet u but my father waz named after u... and waz born 6months after ur accident. His name is ralph michael mcmurtry. Kristen taylor mcmurtry if u can his brother and sister in law plus my dad would like to meet your mother cause they didn't think he had any kids but I got all this started by looking him up and noticing that u posted u were his grand daughter so if u can whenever u get a chance contact us or look us up on facebook. I love u and honor u uncle ralph we all do u might be gone but not forgotten.
