DAVE AND I WERE VERY CLOSE~ MY NAME IS RONALD SAMMONS I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN CRESTON IA WE USED TO HANG OUT TOGHTER AT HIGH SCHOOLMY MOTHER IS THELMA WHITE {THELMA SAMMONS} I WAS IN VIET NAM FROM 1965 TO 1966 US ARMY I DO MISS HIM VERY MUCH

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you David Lee McMath, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and your most holy sacrifice given to this great country of ours!

Your Spirit is alive--and strong, therefore Marine, you shall never be forgotten, nor has your death been in vain!
