Thank You

Dear PFC Nelson McKenna, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. I researched you on your 72nd birthday, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Time passes quickly, but our world needs help. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Poughkeepsie Friend

Thank you Nelson for your ultimate sacrifice. My cousin Eddy Ross served as well during this time.

This memorial will serve as a testament to all who served and will remain for me a way to continually honor the men and women from Poughkeepsie who served in Vietnam.

I never knew you but know your family well...
