THE WALL OF FACES

I wish I could have heard you laugh, see you smile, see your eyes. I wish I knew if we look alike, do we have the same sense of humor, same likes and dislikes? I wish I could have met you my dear cousin.

Archie and I were close friends in high school, although we went to different schools. So good to see his picture posted here.

I know you loved your little sister. Please let me know that I think of her often and wonder how she is without your guidance.

Dear CPL Archie Hugh McDaniel Jr, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
