Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. You died at 18 years of age. I am 74 and have lived a long and fulfilling life. It is tragic you never had that same opportunity. May you rest in eternal peace.

I served with Cecil 1969 / 1970
Cecil and I went through AIT, SDB, and Vietnam together. I did go the the wall and pencil his name. For years I had every intention to visit his family, friends, and the cemetery. I’m so sorry for your loss. We were very close friends. I never made it to Mississippi and for that I’m sorry too. I live in Wilmington North Carolina.
