Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us....

Sergeant Boris Roman Benjamin Bentley, Served with Company C, 5th Battalion, 60th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 9th Infantry Division, United States Army Vietnam.

We lived on the same block in San Francisco. I was friends with your brother Andy. You taught me how to ride a 2 wheel bicycle. You were kind and patient. I grieved when you were taken from this mortal life. I think of you often.
I still serve in the reserves. My oldest son Chris is a Major in our US Army Special Forces.

My husband Willy Scroggins will be riding in remembrance of Sgt Boris R Bentley tomorrow in Riverside, California. Thank for your service and sacrifice. May you rest in peace.
