CUZ
Billy was my cousin. We had a large family. His father was the oldest of 10, my mother was #6. We all met each Sunday at my grand mothers house. I think of billy often but I'm watching Ken burns documentary Viet Nam and not only do I have a heavy heart for billy but for all boys that lost there lives there.
God help all those in this current war!

The Hero and Uncle we never met
Thanks to you all for posting here. I am working on a Veterans Day project with my son, William and happened upon this site. I am so grateful to read about my uncle Billy. My mother Patricia has shared wonderful stories about the great brother he was. His Stonehill College classmates (class of 1963) have kept his memory alive through a scholarship fund and a memorial at the college. Now we are learning about his time in the Army from the great folks he worked with.
Many thanks to all of you and all of to our Veterans!
