Dear Quinty,
Been so long since we wrote or talked, more than three decades, far longer than we'd been alive when first we met. You can't imagine how deeply knowing you have effected my life, Quinty. What started a wonderful gift to a shy teenager grew into the sharing of letters and, after you disappeared, evolved into a passion for listening to people and writing their stories. I think a lot about writing your story. Someday. Until then you will continue to inspire my reverance for life - thank you for confiding in me. It was a gift beyond compare.
